    Dear Greenleaf Express Team,

    I am writing to inform you that I have received my recent order. However, there has been a significant error in the fulfillment.

    I ordered 1 oz of Sativa Surprise, but I instead received OG Kush. While the label on the package indicates it is a Sativa, OG Kush is widely recognized as an Indica-dominant strain. Simply labeling it as a Sativa does not change the actual nature of the product.

    As I am specifically looking for Sativa and have no interest in Indica products, this is quite disappointing. I find it surprising that there is a misunderstanding regarding the basic distinction between Sativa and Indica varieties.

    Please let me know how we can resolve this matter. I would prefer a refund, and I am happy to return the incorrect product if you provide instructions on how to proceed.
