Preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over teabag in your favourite cup or mug.
2. Cover the cup with a saucer or small plate to keep the heat in.
3. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add some honey, a bit or orange juice or even some sugar for sweetness (shrooms can be pretty earthy tasting). If you add lemon or any other form of citrus, it can cause a much faster and stronger psilocybin experience. Use caution!
